What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

  • France, Belgium, Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 5 to 12 business days
    All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the country and weight of the package.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened item in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and products. We will address the issue promptly and offer you a suitable solution (refund, exchange, or reshipment).

How do I place an order on CardLab™?

It's simple! Add the items you want to your cart, then follow the secure checkout steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is validated.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We will do our best to modify or cancel it depending on the processing status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options. Your information is handled securely.

I haven't received my confirmation email, what should I do?

Check your junk mail (spam) folder. If the email still doesn't appear, contact us with your name and email address, and we will check your order.

Yes, all our products are 100% official. We import directly from Japan and China through certified distributors to guarantee the authenticity of the cards and items offered.

Are the products in stock or available for pre-order?

Yes! All products marked "in stock" are available immediately and shipped within 24 to 72 hours.
Pre-order items are clearly marked with their estimated release date. You will receive your order as soon as it becomes available, with the same high level of service.
